Shipping Information
Shipping for small orders will be calculated per order, depending on the amount of items in your basket. You will have the option to select from these options at checkout:
- Standard UK shipping (small orders): £2.50 + 50p for every additional item
- Standard UK shipping (fixed rate): £3.95
- Tracked UK shipping: £8.00
- International Standard (small orders): £4.50 + 50p for every additional item
- International Standard (fixed rate): £9.50
- International Tracked shipping: £16.50
I aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 days from purchase. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need your order by a specific date, and I can confirm whether this will be possible. Orders are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class and should arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch (this can take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas). If you need your order to arrive more quickly please select the Tracked shipping option. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. Tracked shipping is available at checkout for both UK and International orders.
I package your orders with great care, and use eco-friendly packaging materials where possible (so please be sure to recycle or reuse this material)
Returns Policy
The returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.
If you should wish to return an item within the 30 days, please get in touch through the form on the contact page. You will need to let me know your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping items that come to £50 or over, I would recommend using tracked shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will arrange a refund for you (excluding delivery fees). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
